I had an issue with a shipment that was delayed, and Bill and his team worked with me to get it resolved. Although the situation took longer than expected, they took responsibility, arranged a replacement shipment via DHL, and made sure I received my parts. Samantha was also very helpful and professional throughout the process.
I appreciate their effort, communication, and willingness to make things right. Problems can happen with shipping, but what matters is how a company handles them. Bill’s Performance followed through, and I appreciate their customer service. I would recommend them and would consider doing business with them again.
Italians make good things. Just don't order it in August. The whole factory shuts down.
לקח קצת זמן עד שהגיע אבל באמת שהמוצר הגיע מצויין שירות מעולה ממליץ בחום
The new exhaust fits and looks absolutely perfect. Also the Best performing exhaust you can buy for this Triumph 765. Purchased from a great supplier. Bill’s exhaust are an excellent group to work with.
After I bought the tire, a couple days later, I got an email that the shipping was not accurate at the time of purchase, so instead of $15, it would be $95 at minimum. I told them that that was not only unacceptable, but that I had bought the tire for my dad so that he could get some riding in before the season ended, and now one way or the other, he would get the tire too late, so I requested a refund. The next day I got a call that they had found 2-day shipping for $35 on top of the 15 that I already paid, for. A total of $50 to Alaska for 2-day shipping. I accepted and got the tire the day that my dad got there, so he was able to install and use it immediately! Excellent customer service, I would definitely buy from them again.
Arrived a lot quicker than expected, fit perfect, sounds awesome.

Beautiful muffler. Easy install. Perfect sound. High quality throughout. Completely changed the look of the bike. Love it. Expertly packaged in foam rubber so it arrived unscratched. Thanks Bill's.
You guys saved my butt with this, I couldn't get it in my area since one of the shops were having tariff issues and not ordering arrow at the moment. But you guys did everything plus more of ordering it checking it and shipping it off to me. I didn't want to go with any other exhaust and you guys delivered. I will forever appreciate you guys and recommend you in the future.
