Excellent customer service

My order was shipped the next day and I got an email from Bill with the tracking information. Great communication, good product that was as described and easy install. I can’t say the same for the FedX delivery which took over ten days and the driver dropped it off at the end of my very long driveway in a snow bank next to a county road. I was lucky I found it before someone else picked it up. There was bad weather with snow and I can understand the delay and the driver not wanting to take a chance of not making it up the driveway but notification of it Being left by the road would have been helpful. This is the 2nd time. FedX doesn’t get a star.
