KTM Superduke 1290/1390R/RR Vandemon Twin Shot Titanium Exhaust System

Years 2020-2024

Full Titanium Exotica! made from the highest quality Ti1 Titanium using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques with 100% ultrasonically perfect welds and jigged for a perfect fit every time.

The Headers are made of titanium pie-cut segments, then precision welded to achieve a tight radius and run down to an all-titanium lightweight resonator, which takes the place of the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter that is done away with. From here, the system splits into two titanium mufflers with a similar take on the 2023 KTM R16 MotoGP machine that enables the use of removable and functional silencers that would not be possible if was only a single outlet exhaust system that will temper noise but must be noted still won't comply with Euro 4-5 regulations.

Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp when used in addition to a fuel correction device.

  • Made from the Highest Quality Ti1 Titanium
  • Mufflers x 2 Titanium with Carbon Fibre Tips
  • Removable Silencers
  • Total Weight 6.3Kg OEM Exh 10.2 saving 3.9kg
  • Requires engine mapping for best results
  • Approx 11hp increase with increased torque at lower RPM
  • Noise 102db silencers in 105db out @ 5500rpm

IMPORTANT! Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because the results would be no different from what your OEM exhaust can already achieve. Check with your country's governing body regarding noise emission standards rules and regulations.
